Ingredients
- 2 tsp Roasted Oolong powderSuperboba
- 75 ml hot water, about 85 C
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 200 ml barista oat milk
- 1 cup ice
Steps
Combine the Roasted Oolong powder and salt in a flat-bottomed bowl and pour the hot water over.
Whisk in a W motion for about 20 seconds, until fine bubbles form.
Whisk in the brown sugar.
Pack a glass with ice, add the oat milk, pour the tea through it and stir.
Good to know
- Brown sugar suits roasted oolong better than white. It picks up the toasted note instead of flattening it.
- Hot version, use 50 ml water and froth the milk warm.
- Shake the oat milk carton first. It separates and the creaminess is at the bottom.
