First-Time Orders

Not completely satisfied with your first Superboba purchase?

We offer a 100% refund on the product cost within 15 days of delivery if you're not happy with our product.

If your first order included a Kit (frother, canister, spoon, or other accessories), these accessories must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the original Superboba shipping box in order to qualify for a refund. Any accessories not returned in original condition will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to the carrier once an order is shipped.

If your order included free shipping, please note that the actual shipping cost we covered will be deducted from your refund. This helps us continue offering affordable delivery and maintaining a sustainable return policy.

After the second order, we only accept returns of unopened products.

If the issue falls outside this window, we will not be able to accommodate a return or refund. No exceptions.

Returning Customers

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We may refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. 

Once we receive the unopened product, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 15 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Super Pearls

Super Pearls are final sale and not eligible for refund or return,
whether opened or unopened. This applies even when Super Pearls are
purchased alongside teas or as part of a kit.

Pearl texture and chewiness are highly sensitive to preparation. If your pearls didn't turn out the way you expected, please reach out to us at hi@superboba.com. In our experience, the vast majority of texture issues are resolved with a quick prep walkthrough, and we're happy to help you dial it in.

If your Super Pearls arrive physically damaged, spoiled, or
incorrect, please reach out within 15 days of delivery with photos
and we'll make it right.

Final Sale Items

Gifted items, discounted/sale items and frothers are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded.

Subscription Orders

You can cancel or update your subscription at any time. To ensure changes apply to your upcoming order, please make them before your next scheduled charge. Once your auto-payment is processed, your order immediately enters fulfillment and we’re unable to retrieve or modify it. At that point, cancellations, edits, or refunds are no longer possible. Any updates will take effect with your next billing cycle.

Please note: Orders already in processing are final and non-refundable, so we recommend making any changes ahead of your billing date.

Free Gifts

If a free gift is ever missing or damaged from your order, please let us know and we’ll make sure to include it with your next subscription shipment. Free gifts are not shipped separately and are only sent as part of active subscription orders.

Year of The Milk Tea Bundle

Please note that all purchases of our 'Year of The Milk Tea Bundle' are final and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed and processing begins, we’re unable to cancel the order, issue refunds, or stop any of the shipments. Because this plan delivers a full year’s supply at a steep discount, it is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We strongly encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout.

 

Important Exceptions

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first order, you may receive a refund for up to two products total and only from two different flavors.

For first orders, we will refund up to two opened products (one unit per flavor) from the same order. Any remaining products must be unopened to qualify for a refund.

Unopened pouches may be returned for a full refund if they’re in their original, unopened packaging. Please note: Customers are responsible for the return label costs and a 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

International orders are not eligible for refunds.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or return if we suspect misuse of our policy. Requests that fall outside the terms outlined above will be reviewed and handled at the discretion of our team.
