All orders ship from our warehouse in US and Canada.

Canada Orders:

Shipping Errors and Re-Shipments
If a shipping error occurs and an order needs to be re-sent due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or if the package was unclaimed, re-shipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer. An additional shipping fee will be charged to cover the cost of sending the package again. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order to avoid any issues.
If your package goes missing, we’ll do our best to assist. However, once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility falls on the shipping carrier or the building/household it was delivered to, and we cannot issue replacements or refunds.
International Shipping Policy
We’re excited to bring Superboba worldwide! Orders are shipped by express courier, and most international deliveries arrive within 7–20 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Flat rate: $20 USD on all international orders
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means:
Any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes are your responsibility as the customer.
Charges vary by country, so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
If you do not pay the fees and your package is returned to us, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend it. You will also be charged a 15% processing fee when it's returned to our warehouse.
We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.
If your package goes missing in transit, we’ll do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for international shipments.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to sanctions, unreliable postal systems, excessive duties, high seizure rates, or unreliable delivery, we currently cannot ship to:
Afghanistan, Aland Islands, Argentina, Belarus, Bouvet Islands, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Caribbean Netherlands, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cuba, Falkland Islands, French Southern Territories, Iran, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, U.S. Outlying Islands, Western Sahara, Yemen and most African nations (with the exception of South Africa)
