Brew it

Spoon it

1–2 teaspoons of powder into your cup. whole leaf, milled fine — you drink the leaf, you don't steep and toss it.

Wake it up

Pour in 1–2 oz hot water. Stir (or froth) into a glossy, silky paste. This is where the flavor blooms — don't rush her.

Milk it

Ingredients + method
  • 2 tsp Classic Milk Tea
  • 1–2 oz hot water
  • 3–4 oz cold milk
  • Ice + sweetener to taste
  • Super Pearls (optional, encouraged)
  1. Stir the powder and hot water into a paste.
  2. Stir in your sweetener while it's warm.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, pour the milk, then the paste over top.
  4. Pearls in first if you're using them. Fat straw. Go.

Hojicha Nightcap

The evening cup — lowest caffeine in the house.

Ingredients + method
  • 2 tsp Hojicha
  • 1–2 oz hot water
  • 3–4 oz warm milk
  • Honey to taste
  1. Paste the powder with the hot water.
  2. Stir the honey in while it's warm.
  3. Pour the warm milk over slowly.
  4. Sip like the day is already over. Because it is.

Jasmine Cloud

Frothed until foamy — the pretty one.

Ingredients + method
  • 2 tsp Jasmine
  • 1–2 oz hot water
  • 3–4 oz oat milk
  • Agave to taste + ice
  1. Froth the powder and hot water an extra ten seconds — you want foam.
  2. Stir in the agave.
  3. Ice, oat milk, then pour the paste through it.
  4. Spoon the leftover foam on top. Admire briefly.

Earl Grey Fog

Bergamot + vanilla. Rainy-day approved.

Ingredients + method
  • 2 tsp Earl Grey
  • 1–2 oz hot water
  • 3–4 oz warm milk
  • A drop of vanilla + sweetener to taste
  1. Paste the powder with the hot water.
  2. Add the vanilla and your sweetener.
  3. Pour the warm milk over — frothed if you're fancy.
  4. Stare out a window. It's the law.

The Oolong Protein Shake

  • 2 tsp Roasted Oolong
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6–8 oz milk + a handful of ice
  1. Everything in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth — about 30 seconds.

Milk Tea Cookies

Depends on the cup. Hojicha is the gentlest — basically our decaf. Classic and Earl Grey sit on the higher-caffeine side, and if you want something in the middle, that's what the oolongs are for. It's all real whole-leaf tea either way, so even "high" means focused, not jittery.
